The InVeris Decision Making Simulator provides visitors with a “walk in the shoes” experience of a law enforcement officer. During this experience, visitors will interact with a use-of-force simulation based upon real situations officers face in the community to understand the weight of split-second decision making, and the intricacies of escalation and de-escalation of force practices. Each visitor experience is led by a veteran officer instructor who has trained active officers on the same system during their career. The experience features simulated weapons and high-intensity scenarios; visitor discretion is advised. Visitors under the age of 13 will not be permitted to participate in the InVeris Decision Making Simulator experience.
