The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) today announced Officers Chad Rossow and Charles Cobble of the Warren Police Department (Michigan) as the Officers of the Month for June 2023. Both officers’ exceptional response during a welfare check of a juvenile male helped avoid a potential tragedy.

This officer was selected for the empathy, kindness, and quick thinking he displayed as he interacted with and ultimately saved a woman who was attempting to jump off a bridge.
