Constable Norman was fatally shot while transporting a suspect to the magistrate’s office in Tarenturn Borough. The suspect was arrested on a warrant for striking a woman with a baseball bat. The suspect shot Constable Norman twice in the chest and fled the scene. Constable Norman died of his injuries the next day.
