MA3 Temores was killed in an automobile crash when a suspect struck his security vehicle. Patrol Officer Temores was on night patrol duty at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia, when an unknown suspect breached the main gate of the military base. Officer Temores and another patrolman were dispatched to apprehend the suspect. The car, traveling at approximately 80 mph, struck the security vehicle head-on. Patrol Officer Temores was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
