MAGLITE® Joins National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum as Partner for Honoring American Law Enforcement

WASHINGTON – Mag Instrument, Inc., the leading flashlight company in the world for 40 years, has committed to a partnership engagement with the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum in Washington, DC. The new partnership represents a financial commitment in support of the organization’s national programs and operations, and is the first such commitment from the manufacturing sector.

“Maglite is pleased to be a partner of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The organization’s mission is 100% aligned with our vision for the first-responder workforce and the role Maglite has within it. Keeping our law enforcement officers safe, telling their story, and honoring the fallen is critical to helping bring our communities together, and we are committed to making sure the mission is fulfilled,” said Tony Maglica, Founder, Owner, and CEO of MAG Instrument Inc. He added, “Since 1993 Maglite has been a strong supporter of NLEOMF and was among the first to pledge almost a million dollars to the National Law Enforcement Museum. Maglite has always been a supporter of law enforcement and will remain so forever.”

Located in Washington, DC, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial is a living monument to ensure the men and women who died in the line of duty will never be forgotten. There are more than 22,000 names engraved on the Memorial’s walls and more get added each year. Sharing a campus with the Memorial is the National Law Enforcement Museum, which tells the story of American law enforcement through engaging and interactive exhibits, films, and programs, as well as an immersive simulator and 9-1-1 operator center.

“We are thrilled that Maglite has joined the roster of companies that have committed to supporting the mission of the Memorial Fund. Mag Instrument’s corporate partnership will support our 2020 programming and help us continue to tell the story of American law enforcement. The initiatives supported by partnerships like these have a direct impact on our ability to move the needle in the right direction,” said Marcia Ferranto, CEO of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Museum.
