We ask that groups arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled entry time, for check-in and greeting from a staff member.

Your group should meet outside of the museum entrance, located across the street from the National Law Enforcment Officers Memorial. Once your group is ready, you will enter the museum, go through security, and head downstairs to meet with staff.

Buses can drop off and pick up in front of the National Law Enforcement Museum. The museum does not have parking. There is ample street parking in the surrounding area.

If you are running late, please email [email protected] or call 202.737.8538 and include your group name, visitation time and a phone number where the Museum may contact you. The Museum will make every effort to work with your adjustment request, based on ticket availability.

We do not require a deposit. Final counts and payment are required no later than 7 business days prior to the visit date.

Groups may carry bagged lunches with them. Lunches can be eaten in the museum’s cafe. Food and drink are not allowed on the exhibit floor.
