Precinct 444 invites you to meet the artists featured in the National Law Enforcement Museum’s newest exhibit, “Officers as Artists: The Creative Expression of Those Who Serve.” In today’s episode, you will meet Josh Blackwell, a retired Sheriff from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Tuscola, Illinois – he will discuss his photograph, “Lost and Forgotten” which is on display in the exhibit.
