The National Law Enforcement Museum featured the vital work of The Core ASPIRE Project in a free, virtually broadcast program during Black History Month. This initiative unites a multidisciplinary team from organizations such as RTI International, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), and the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Law Enforcement Executives and Administrators Association (HBCU-LEEA). Central to this program is the commitment to enhance recruiting efforts at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The program explored innovative recruitment strategies, mentorship opportunities, and partnerships that support HBCU students in pursuing careers in law enforcement.
