Police Officer Horacio Sebastian Dominguez was killed in a single vehicle crash when his patrol vehicle’s tire blew out causing the car to overturn several times. Officer Dominguez is the 12th law enforcement to be killed in a traffic-related incident this year and the second officer fatality from a Tribal Agency in 2021.
