Law Enforcement—always present to serve

Todd Foreman

Todd Foreman
Patrolman, City of Washington (PA) Police Department

Hi, my name is Todd Foreman. I joined the City of Washington Police Department, Washington, PA in 2002 after working briefly for the Fenwick Island Police Department, Fenwick Island, Delaware. One thing that surprised me about being a Police Officer is that the job and duties are always changing. My time as a D.A.R.E Officer, School Resource Officer, S.W.A.T. Operator, and Patrol Officer has made this profession rewarding. I’m sharing this because I want my community to know that the men and women of Law Enforcement will always be present to serve. I’m so honored to be remembered in this museum, because of the memories of the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice who surround this museum.
