“SCRAPPY” it has been over 18 years since you were taken from us and everyday I know you are with me at DTW. I drive by your accident site once or even twice a workday and I always render a salute to you and your family. Somedays there are days that I really want to quit but Thank You, you give me the strengthen to drive on and serve. We weren’t the bestest of friend’s for short time I knew you but I admired how you served the public, managed co-workers, and how you lived your life.
