Center for Officer Safety and Wellness at the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum Highlights Importance of Physical Fitness with Video Series, Wake Up, Work Out, Get Healthy

Who: Center of Officer Safety and Wellness at the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum. Series features police departments from across the country who encourage officers to exercise regularly, as well as mindfulness experts who work with police departments

What: As part of National Police Week, the Center for Officer Safety and Wellness at the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum is highlighting the importance of regular exercise with a video series called Wake up, Work Out, Get Healthy. Agency leaders, officers and law enforcement stakeholders can join for various exercises designed to enhance wellness, including a mix of fitness, stretching, mindfulness, yoga and other heart-healthy exercises

When: Daily during National Police Week (May 10-14, 2021) | 8:00AM EDT
