Deputy Sheriff Baker was shot and killed after he and another deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at a trailer. Deputy Baker and his partner were talking to two men that had come out of a trailer and retreated back into the trailer. Deputies pursued the men into the trailer and the suspects opened fire on the deputies. Deputies returned fire killing one of the suspects and the other was apprehended and charged with murder.
