On October 23, 2002, Virginia State Trooper Mark Cosslett was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident while responding to a call related to the Beltway Sniper case. In this episode, his friends and fellow Virginia State Troopers reflect on his life, service, and legacy. They collectively consider Trooper Cosslett the final victim of the Beltway Snipers, as he was killed mere hours before the Snipers were arrested for their crimes.

Trooper Cosslett is survived by his wife, daughter, and son.
