Candlelight Vigil

  • The credentials issued by the NLEOMF team are to cover the 36th Annual Candlelight Vigil on May 13, 2024, ONLY.
  • The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund will issue credentials to bona fide members of the news media for the purpose of covering the Candlelight Vigil on May 13, 2024. The 2024 Candlelight Vigil will take place on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., between 4th Street and 7th Street.
  • News media members requesting credentials for the Candlelight Vigil should fill out the form below. If more than one credential is needed, please submit the form below for each individual who will be present at the ceremony.
  • Credential requests will be reviewed by the NLEOMF, and upon approval, news media representatives will receive an email with instructions on picking up their credentials.

  • NOTE: Standard media credentials from your outlet should be worn when covering events during 2024 36th Annual Candlelight Vigil.
  • All media wishing to access the site will be required to first report to Media Check-in to receive your credentials before proceeding into the site or accessing the media risers.
